We start with a short email to agree how we talk best — phone, Zoom, or a message exchange if that suits you better.
Before I touch a single component, I want to understand you. What draws you to this machine? Where will it live — a home kitchen, a private office, a workshop? Is it for yourself, or a gift for someone whose taste you know well? What materials feel right to you, and why? Are there objects around it — furniture, surfaces, colours — that it should belong with?
I ask. I listen. I take notes.
From that conversation, we agree on a direction. Sometimes that means working with the materials I know well — glass, wood, aluminium — combined in a way that's yours. Sometimes it means finding something outside that framework, something neither of us has done before.
Either way, within a week I'll come back to you with a visualisation and a price. We look at it together. If something isn't right, we adjust. When we're both sure, I start building.
Standard materials: your machine is ready within one month. Something more unusual: allow two months, sometimes more. I won't rush it.
Before it leaves my workshop, I test it. Every function, every surface, every detail — checked against what we agreed. Then it's packaged carefully and sent directly to you.
Each machine receives its own serial number. If a number feels too technical for something this personal, we can make it yours — a name, a date, whatever means something to you.
