Vettoro - One

One design. My hands. No two exactly alike.

This is the machine as I designed it — no back-and-forth, no decisions to make. Just precision, built the same careful way every time. Side-panel are made of 10 mm sandblasted tempered glass. 

The engineering — every structure, dimension, and function — is mine, drawn from twenty years in precision manufacturing. The form was shaped with Petr Novague, a Czech industrial designer, winner of the Red Dot Design Award 20 times, and holder of over 100 international design awards.

Every Vettoro One is handbuilt in my workshop, from selecting the materials to the final polish. It uses the same precision-machined brewing head, seals, and pressure gauge as every Vettoro I build — the same standard, just without the collaboration process. It's not mass produced, and it's not identical to the next one off the bench — small variations in hand-finished metal mean yours will be genuinely its own.
